What You’ll Be Doing As the Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing, filling, and quality teams, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Drawing on your natural leadership style, you will motivate, coach, and develop your team while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, build team capability, promote a strong safety culture, and play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and expansion of the Virginia manufacturing site. A natural leader who builds trust, motivates and engages team members, and fosters a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture. A valid Forklift Licence (LF) or willingness to obtain one. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to champion safe work practices and lead by example. A continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Why Join Us?
