As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works either 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm), 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am), or a 12-hour night rotating shift (7:30pm – 7:30am) with every other weekend off and includes starting pay of $22.04 - $25.09/hour plus shift differentials (varies by department and experience) with a pay increase after 12 months to $23.44 - $26.48/ hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Observing all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Applying quality instructions & specifications
• Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
• Loading/unloading material into & from equipment
• Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to startOR
• 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role

"Nice to Have" Qualifications:

• Post-high school education
• Basic computer knowledge

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.04 - $25.09/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
