Location: Belvoir, VA, Washington, DC (Remote work) Long Term

Role Summary: Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex, state-of-the-art test programs. Translates complex program requirements into testable objectives. Analyzes and recommends test cycles, test plans, security reviews, and detailed test objectives. Develops overall test strategy covering objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules. Independently assesses system performance against stated requirements, applies test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program, and leads analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and deliver clear results and recommendations. Applies use cases and user stories to create test cases.

Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing software applications across system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience in an Agile environment, with knowledge of system operations, engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
• Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Experience analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation at time of submission.

Strongly Preferred, Use as Tie-Breakers:

• Enterprise-level test management for a federal or DoD customer, including development of enterprise test strategy, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Automated testing tool experience, for example ATF, OATS, or comparable enterprise platforms, and RPA platforms such as UiPath.
• Automated testing against SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow at enterprise scale.
• Integration of automated testing into DevSecOps pipelines.
• Section 508 compliance testing using assistive technologies and Trusted Tester methodology.
• Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) development or review, and support to developmental and operational test and evaluation events.
• Defect tracking tool design and build at enterprise level, including ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft app reporting.
• Applied AI and machine learning to enhance or automate testing processes.
• Strong written and briefing skills. The role produces white papers, market research, and leadership presentations.
