Job Description The Working Foreman oversees a team of 1 to 10 employees, managing mechanical tasks across new installations, emergency repairs, and mixed project types. This role requires full-time on-site presence and regular reporting to senior management to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards while maintaining effective team coordination.
