What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Support children’s social-emotional growth using positive guidance strategies.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Communicate professionally with families through Brightwheel and in person.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Enjoys being active, engaged, and present with children throughout the day.
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Works well as part of a collaborative team.
• Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Meets North Dakota childcare licensing requirements and can pass all required background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a Child Development Associate (CDA).
• Previous experience in an early childhood setting.
• Experience with the Nurtured Heart Approach® is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
