Your Role

• Assist with specimen collection duties and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain lab quality assurance standards.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the workplace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree; ASCP/AMT certification preparation is also acceptable.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.
• Continuously maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
