SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies. Conduct compliance audits and reviews to assess adherence to regulations and internal procedures. Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across different departments. Assist in investigating compliance-related incidents and violations. Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation and record-keeping. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging compliance trends. Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to regulatory agencies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry regulations. Understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation techniques. For this position, the expected base pay range is $29.71 – $37.14 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
