ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews to assess adherence to regulations and internal procedures.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across different departments.
• Assist in investigating compliance-related incidents and violations.
• Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation and record-keeping.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.
• Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to regulatory agencies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry regulations.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $29.71 $37.14 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
