REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - MEDICAL SURGICAL | PER DIEM (NIGHT SHIFT) JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical for a per diem night-shift opportunity. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Night Shift

PAY

• Pay Rate: 45.60-53.20 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS Certification
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Respond to changes in patient condition and implement appropriate interventions
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare staff
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
