Property Operations Manager — HUD/Section 8 Community
ADP, Inc.
RP Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 91-unit HUD property in Telford, PA. You will supervise office and maintenance staff, implement policies, and ensure compliance with HUD rules and tenant selection plans. Responsibilities include staff performance reviews, recruiting, scheduling, maintaining tenant and vendor files, processing certifications, rent changes, and preparing annual budgets, inspections, and reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
