We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead regional performance across multiple locations. This role is responsible for creating a high-performing operational environment that supports excellent customer service, strong financial results, and consistent execution of company standards. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on leadership style, the ability to coordinate effectively with shared support teams, and a track record of improving efficiency across service-driven operations.

Responsibilities:

• Direct regional branch operations to maintain consistent service quality, operational discipline, and adherence to company expectations.

• Collaborate with internal partners across human resources, finance, safety, sales, dispatch, customer care, marketing, and warehousing to keep branch operations aligned and well supported.

• Guide service and installation leaders by providing coaching, performance oversight, and day-to-day operational direction.

• Monitor scheduling, field execution, and service delivery to ensure work is completed efficiently and customers receive a dependable experience.

• Manage operating results for the region by reviewing financial performance, tracking key metrics, and taking corrective action when needed.

• Contribute to annual planning and budgeting activities while monitoring progress against business goals throughout the year.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts that address workflow gaps, remove inefficiencies, and strengthen overall branch performance.

• Help resolve escalated customer issues and work with support teams to improve communication, coordination, and customer satisfaction outcomes.

• Promote a culture centered on accountability, safety, teamwork, and alignment with company values across all locations.

• Serve as the operational connection between branch teams and corporate functions, helping implement policies, programs, and strategic initiatives effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 5+ years of operational leadership responsibility, ideally within home services, skilled trades, or field service environments.

• Demonstrated success managing profit and loss performance, operational metrics, and team productivity.

• Proven ability to lead managers, develop employees, and build strong teams across multiple locations.

• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a multi-department operating environment.
