Responsibilities:

• Meeting and engaging guests, both in the showroom and through phone, text, and digital communication.
• Asking the right questions to understand what a guest actually needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Offering test drives to all guests and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive
• Explaining product performance, application and benefits to guests and describing all optional equipment available for purchase.
• Reviewing and analyzing actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
• Working closely with our BDC department, sales management, and finance teams to create a great guest experience.
• Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager

Sales, automotive, hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate, recruiting, or other customer-facing experience can be helpful, but we're willing to train the right person!

Requirements:

• Sales background preferred
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
