Work Environment This position offers a flexible work setting, allowing you to deliver care remotely while also providing in-person therapy at one of our beautifully designed, thoughtfully organized clinics located throughout Denton, Texas. We use state-of-the-art digital technology to facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may face mobility challenges, thereby enhancing service accessibility. Key Responsibilities As an LMFT at Conscious Psychotherapy Clinic, your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that promote client well-being and resilience. Facilitating individual therapy sessions utilizing best practices and effective therapeutic techniques. Establishing therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and tracking their progress over time. Engaging in collaborative discussions with colleagues during staff meetings and supervision to enhance clinical practices. Providing teletherapy options for virtual sessions, ensuring clients have convenient access to your services. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns. Your focus on both individual and couples therapy will enhance family dynamics and improve overall mental wellness within your clients’ relationships. Your role is essential in empowering clients to achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: A valid marriage and family therapist license in the state of Texas. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Expertise in working with both adult and child/adolescent populations. Proven experience in conducting individual and couples therapy. Preferred Experience While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with advanced clinical training or specialization in areas such as trauma, addiction, or LGBTQ+ services will be given preference. Experience using telehealth platforms for remote client sessions is also highly valued. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position falls within the range of $80,000 to $101,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a potential bonus structure.
