Inventory Control Coordinator (Job ID: 37083208)

Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months | Pay: $22-$26/hr (W2)

Core Responsibilities

Quality Inspection (60%)

Inspect components/subassemblies/finished goods per SOPs
Perform visual & physical inspections (microscope, calipers, micrometers)
Complete inspection documentation and generate non-conformance reports
Follow GMP and sampling standards (ANSI Z1.4)
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials teams

Inventory Control (40%)

Receive, label, and track incoming materials
Manage inventory movement (receiving, quarantine, warehouse, shipping)
Prepare shipments and create shipping documentation
Coordinate pickups/deliveries and supplier activities
Support inventory counts and fulfillment

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
3-5 years in Quality Inspection / Manufacturing / Inventory roles
Experience in GMP or regulated environment (preferred)
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and inspection tools

Additional Info

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment
