CNC Machinist-Programmer
Synectics
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and drilling (2D/3D)
- Set up and operate machines, perform tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting
- Ensure part quality using precision measuring tools and collaborate with quality team
- Support continuous improvement and train junior machinists
- 2-5 years of CNC machining & programming experience
- Strong blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge
- Experience with HAAS systems preferred
- Familiarity with CAM software and precision instruments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
