Minimum Qualifications: Valid Mortgage Loan Originator license as required by state and federal regulations. Proven experience in mortgage loan origination, including residential mortgage loans and loan closing processes. Strong knowledge of mortgage banking practices, VA loans, and loan origination systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Ability to analyze financial documents and credit reports to assess loan eligibility. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working within the VA loan program and familiarity with its specific guidelines. Proficiency with mortgage loan origination software and CRM systems. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding loan origination targets. Additional certifications related to mortgage lending or financial services.
