Join us and help revolutionize energy for a sustainable future.We're looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to build and scale our end-to-end supply chain for Instrumentation and Controls. This role is both strategic and operational — you'll negotiate supplier agreements in the morning, cut POs in the afternoon, create supply chain strategies and build scalable planning processes along the way.You will own supplier relationships, material planning, purchasing execution, and inventory strategies to ensure we can scale production without scaling chaos. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, moves quickly without sacrificing quality and is a great team player.Strategic Sourcing & Supplier DevelopmentPartner with Engineering and Quality to identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers that can scale with usDevelop and execute make/buy strategies with cross functional teamNegotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and contractsDevelop dual-source strategies to reduce riskBuild strong, long-term supplier partnerships, not just transactional relationshipsHands on PurchasingIssue and manage purchase orders through deliveryNegotiate expedites by leveraging supplier relationships.Facilitate the resolution of supplier quality, delivery, and invoicing issues.Inventory & Demand PlanningBuild lightweight but effective planning processes using high level forecast to drive purchasing for long lead material.Key contributor to MRP implementation, reorder point and safety stock strategies.Partner with Sales/Operations to implement forecast processes.Establish clear inventory visibility and reportingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering on new product introductions (NPI)Work with Quality to support NQA-1 standards and Quality auditsPartner with Manufacturing to ensure material is in place to support manufacturing plansCollaborate with Finance on invoice issues and procure to pay strategies.Building for ScaleImplement supply chain processes that support sustainable growthEstablish supplier KPIs and performance scorecardsWhat Success Looks LikeBuild a proactive supply chain that can scale with us and support our supply strategies.Implement contracts, strategies and relationships that will support rapid growth in the nuclear space.Clear visibility into supply risk and mitigation plans.Experience5–10 years in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain in a product-based company.Experience with electrical sourcing and/or instrumentation and control supply chain.Experience in a high-growth environment, strongly preferred.Background in manufacturing, hardware, or complex assemblies preferred.Understanding of what mature systems and operations "look-like"Skills & Working StyleNo ego amigo.
