Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Third Shift - 3rd Shift Reports to: Maintenance Superintendent Location: Battle Creek, MI Join our innovative manufacturing team where precision and quality come together to drive industry-leading production and continuous improvement. At Nexform, we're revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Maintenance Supervisor to help us make an impact and drive this position to new heights. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure safe operation of all equipment; audit equipment to ensure good working conditions, proper guarding, log out tag out compliance, etc. Train and develop new and existing maintenance staff on standard operating procedures, safety programs, etc. Develop and manage preventative maintenance program and ensure maintenance schedule is completed in a timely manner Submit purchase orders for supplies, tools, equipment, and repair parts; submit capital expenses request when appropriate; maintain purchased inventory Present and implement continuous improvement projects to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiencies and safety REQUIREMENTS: Technical or Bachelor's Degree preferred 6+ years of experience including supervision Strong emphasis on state and local safety regulations, safety compliance and training Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner Who we are NexForm, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, is a vertically integrated manufacturer of engineered fiber solutions for automotive thermal and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) applications.
