About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Brand Officer to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in building and expanding the brand and reach of the organization. The successful candidate will be a master storyteller, a strategic thinker, and an innovator with a strong background in various disciplines, including narrative strategy, content development, production, marketing, research, and social media. The Chief Brand Officer will be responsible for designing and overseeing strategies to introduce and grow the profile of the brand, with a focus on making it beloved by everyday working people. This includes managing a team of Department Directors, providing strategic leadership in technology and data initiatives, and maximizing the public profile of the organization's leaders. The role demands a results-oriented individual with a commitment to the values of the organization, including social, racial, and economic justice. Applicants for the Chief Brand Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant professional experience and a proven track record in leading measurable brand growth. The role requires significant managerial and leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong analytical background.
