Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Automotive Office Manager Come Join the Five Star Family and receive: Excellent Benefits Generous Pay Plan Opportunity for Growth and Advancement within Large Dealer Group Responsibilities Works with all departments to analyze financial records to ensure accuracy, taxes are properly paid, product and income properly documented, all paperwork completed correctly. Reconcile Floorplan, factory payables/receivables, bank accounts, finance reserves Tag & Title knowledge Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary. Reports directly to the Controller Strong leadership skills Ability to supervise accounting personnel, receptionists.
