What you'll be doing (and doing well!): Strategic Opportunity Identification
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, markets, and product expansion.
- Evaluate potential business avenues and create plans to target high-impact opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-level client engagements and partnerships.
- Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with major clients.
- Ensure all business development activities are compliant with company policies and contribute to revenue goals.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify value propositions.
- Use insights to adapt business strategies and stay ahead of market changes.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align business development strategies.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure alignment on contracts, budgets, and other business aspects.
- Track and report on the success of business development initiatives and partnerships.
- Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve results over time.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Experience in business development, preferably within the security or tech industry.
- Proven ability to identify and close high-value business opportunities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategies based on market insights.
- Expertise in creating and executing business plans to drive growth.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a persuasive communication style.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and foster long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with security industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Adaptable in a dynamic environment with evolving business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred); MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
