Position Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, families, and vendors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations, administrative support, and overnight security-related duties.

The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, organized, and able to work independently during overnight hours.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to residents and families
• Support the Executive Team with various administrative tasks
• Conduct routine security checks throughout the community
• Monitor building access and visitor activity during overnight hours
• Complete light cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned
• Maintain a professional and positive front desk environment

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must successfully pass a background check
