Field Service Technician (Neptune) - Huntington, WV

$28.01 - $38.75 per hour

Stryker seeks a Field Service Technician to provide equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support for medical devices across healthcare facilities in an assigned territory. The role involves field-based travel, customer relationship management, and technical documentation in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair medical equipment to restore functionality and minimize downtime
Install, maintain, inspect, and configure equipment per service guidelines and quality standards
Document service activities, repairs, parts usage, and results in company systems
Build relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with frequent travel capability within territory
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing and compliance requirements
Capability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds
3+ years technical service, equipment repair, or maintenance experience (preferred)
Associate degree or formal technical training (preferred)

Compensation: $28.01–$38.75 USD hourly
