You handle the human relationships that turn matches into hires, and earn a significant placement fee every time. Your job is the human layer: warm introductions, candidate care, and the trust that converts a match into a hire. What you\'ll do Upload your connections > AI surfaces your strongest matches > Reach out to people you already know, with a tailored message drafted for you Use outreach tools if you want to scale with minimal time input Most active partners spend 2–4 hours per week on the platform. How you earn AI Network Referrals — 20% of placement fee Manual Referrals — 20% of placement fee Add a screening call — 10% of placement fee Outreach — 10% of placement fee ~1 hour/week Example: refer and screen a candidate placed on a £25,000 fee → £7,500 to you.
