Director of Operations

At our client Behavioral Health, we're looking for an experienced, results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. This leader will ensure our teams, systems, and processes operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for families and staff. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of our behavioral health programs Manage and support department leaders and administrative teams Improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency Monitor KPIs, productivity, scheduling, admissions, and performance metrics Partner with billing, admissions, HR, and clinical leadership to drive organizational success Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and employee performance Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence Help scale a fast-growing organization focused on serving children and families We're Looking For Someone Who...
