- Inform customers about bakery products and services. Bakery team members are expected to maintain a sufficient amount of knowledge about all products in-store and be able to answer questions and make suggestions to customers.
- Assist customers with orders both in person and over the phone
- Properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of Storefront
- Re-stock baked goods in store as needed
- Excellent customer service skills, good attitude and the ability to work with others
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Respect for self and others
- Reliable, punctual and committed to customer service
