We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of deal-making, brand partnerships, and creator strategy—playing a key part in shaping the growth of top-tier talent. Responsibilities Identify emerging trends across YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms to inform market insights and strategy Source, evaluate, and pitch new talent and business opportunities Serve as a primary point of contact for brand and agency partners Support deal execution, including sourcing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing partnerships Build and maintain reporting on the talent, brand, and agency landscape Track and surface inbound opportunities across all Night clients Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and the broader digital media ecosystem from both a business and consumer perspective Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn from top operators in the creator economy Flexible mindset—comfortable operating outside of a traditional 9–5 schedule Why Night If you’re passionate about the creator economy and want to work alongside some of the most impactful digital talent in the world, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
