Job Description
Job Title: Surgical RN, CVOR RN, CST, Hybrid IR Tech

Experience: 2-3 years in an acute care setting.
License: Required nursing license.
Certifications: BLS required.
Must-Have:
- OR RN: Ability to scrub and circulate, critical care experience preferred, trauma experience at least at level 1-2, EPIC experience required.
- CVOR RN: Able to scrub and circulate adult or pediatric open-heart cases, critical care experience, level 1 trauma experience, EPIC experience required.
- CST: Able to scrub above cases.
- Hybrid IR Tech: Experience with hybrid patient types and Siemens equipment.

Description:
This position operates in a busy surgical environment, handling approximately 60-75 cases per day.
The facility has 28 beds, including 2 hybrid rooms for cardiovascular and vascular cases.
The surgical team sees patients undergoing various procedures including trauma, transplant, general surgery, and robotic surgeries.
Candidates should have experience in advanced surgical settings and trauma care.
Experience in EPIC is crucial for all nursing roles.
The facility provides a supportive environment with charge nurses and resource nurses available.
Patient-to-nurse ratios are typically 1:1.
On-call requirements include a response time of 30 minutes, and support for on-call staff is provided.
Weekend rotations will be every 4th weekend, with structured scheduling based on unit needs.
Holiday coverage is necessary as required.
