As a key contributor, you will help ensure seamless processing of Medi-Cal requests and support the timely completion of Medicaid random time surveys alongside special education staff and district personnel.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in processing Medi-Cal requests, particularly within educational or district-driven environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities for verifying submissions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with reviewing and monitoring Medicaid time surveys for accuracy and compliance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly favored for interfacing with a diverse staff.
• No specific licensure or certification is required, but a clear understanding of Medi-Cal or Medicaid protocols is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track incoming random time surveys, confirming with special education and district staff that proper procedures are followed and all necessary data is submitted on schedule.
• Process Medi-Cal-related clerical requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Hold monthly meetings with Medi-Cal representatives to guarantee procedures and timekeeping guidelines are met consistently.
• Serve as a liaison between Medi-Cal contacts and district staff, facilitating clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
