Position Summary Creates, tracks and oversees projects and financials for Field Service/ Resident System Support (RSS) Departments Responsibilities Oversees projects from creation to closure Track project costs and budget requirements Create invoices and complete Customer requested submission Set up and host meetings as needed in support of departmental/ projects financial support Provide back-up support for the Technical Support Coordinator Issue POs to Subcontractors for service and parts Cross training and other responsibilities as needed and directed by Management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Computer skills including MS Office, Excel, SAP a strong plus Strong verbal and written communication Ability to read and decipher complex job requests High level of problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic Job Posting Min Salary USD $48,000.00 Job Posting Max Salary USD $50,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
