The Hilton Motif Seattle is looking for its nextFront Office Overnight Managerto join their dynamic team!

Located on 5th Avenue in the heart of downtown Seattle this stylish boutique hotel is nestled between Pike Place Market and Union Street and is surrounded by the citys finest restaurants shopping entertainment venues museums and attractions. This sleek urban style hotel features amenities including a vibrant award-winning restaurant offering an extensive outdoor patio with sweeping city views approximately 28000 square feet of meeting space and 319 newly redesigned rooms.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Two (2) years of hospitality management experience
• Two (2) years of front desk experience
• Night Audit experience highly preferred
• OnQ and Hilton experience are highly preferred

The compensation for this position includes a base salary range of $80200- $83200 per year based on applicable and specialized experience and addition to the base salary this role is eligible for: Upsell Incentive: A variable incentive based on upsell performance paid as a percentage of incremental revenue generated.

• Front Office Upselling Incentive Program Commission based program paid out monthly and is based on upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated at time of guest check-out. What will I be doing

As Front Office Overnight Manager you would be responsible for directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift to support the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Act as Manager on Duty by directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

• Monitor and develop team member performance to include but not limited to providing supervision conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
• Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Ensure compliance with Company standards
• Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries requests and issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns
• Initiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue
• Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products services facilities events pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events
• Complete night audit procedures as needed
• Tour hotel interior and exterior to ensure the property and facilities are functional presentable to established standards and safe for guests and team members

• Oversee preparation of daily summary reports
