Strategic Finance Controller

Job Description Job Description Are you a dynamic financial leader ready to take charge and make an impact? We're seeking a Controller to join our executive management team, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, you'll oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, and risk management. You'll drive improvements in financial reporting, optimize budgets, and develop new operational processes to support our growing business. Key Responsibilities: Lead all Finance & Accounting functions Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Formulate financial goals and policies Oversee cash management and forecasting Collaborate with HR on payroll, invoicing, and expense procedures Coordinate budget variance processes and work closely with senior executives and business partners Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory laws, and manage external audits Supervise the Accounting and Administration team Build strong relationships with banks and external resources Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a Controller role or Public Accounting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (MBA and CPA preferred) Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills High integrity and results-oriented approach #2211 EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled.
