Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll work one to five days per week, up to eight hours weekly, supporting a caseload of elementary students (details to be determined). There’s also the opportunity to supervise an SLPA—and potentially more—making this a great pathway for those interested in expanding into leadership roles. This role may grow into a full-time position, offering room for future advancement.

Qualifications:

• Current California SLP licensure
• Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Experience with elementary-age children preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Prior supervisory experience or interest in supervising SLPAs is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to meet each student’s unique needs
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Supervise and mentor one SLPA, with the potential to oversee a growing team
