Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of an Associate's degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, or a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California SLPA license
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong capability for teamwork and building positive relationships with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under SLP supervision
• Prepare therapy materials and document student progress
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and data collection
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings as needed
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students
