Commercial Lines Front Desk Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our Commercial Lines Insurance team. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, manages front office operations, and supports account managers with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars. Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Enter and update client information in agency management systems. Prepare, scan, file, and organize insurance documents. Assist Commercial Lines Account Managers with administrative duties. Respond to customer inquiries and provide general office support. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately. Order and maintain office supplies as needed. Support billing and payment processing activities. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, receptionist, or office experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
