Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our client, a leader in the Mid-market Insurance Brokerage space is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Charlotte, NC. Our client is an employee-owned company, one of the largest independent agencies in the Southeast and have Captive Insurance operations in Grand Cayman and Vermont. POSITION:

As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will service large and more complex client accounts from beginning to end. Manage all renewal requirements, providing product and service information, and acting as a lead/commercial insurance subject matter expert. Work closely with our production teams and provide guidance to Commercial Account Managers and Commercial Account Associates. This will be an on-site position with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week + 2 days from home) once training is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 7+ years of commercial insurance account management experience. Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain a license within 90 days of employment. Proficient with Microsoft Suite (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with Applied Epic (or similar agency management system) preferred. Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR preferred.
