PROGRAM COORDINATOR (ASSISTANT ORDERING OFFICER)

Job Title

Job Description

You will be responsible for placing firm fixed-price delivery orders for supplies and services.

You will legally authorize the obligation of OJAG/CNLSC financial resources for requisitions in accordance with established laws, guidelines, policies, procedures, Federal procurement regulations and applicable Executive Orders.

You will determine the appropriate procedures to obtain goods and services that will fulfill the requirements, meet the delivery schedule, obtain a fair price, and conform to acquisition regulations and advise customers on the status of the purchase.

You will assist with monitoring contractor performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, inspections, contract, and date reporting requirements.

You will investigate damaged shipments, material shortages, quality control matters relating to supplies furnished by vendors, non-receipt, and any problems related to vendor delivery and resolves matter for JCAB customers.
