Production ManagerPosition Summary: This role oversees daily operations and leads a large team. The ideal candidate is an experienced production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop people, and can drive performance through accountability and process improvement. Embroidery experience is a plus—but not required.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of 25–30 employees, including a supervisor and two team leadsCreate and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementEnsure production goals, quality standards, and on-time delivery metrics are consistently achievedManage workflow, staffing, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and throughputIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wasteAddress performance concerns, set clear expectations, provide coaching, and take corrective action when neededMaintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational compliancePartner cross-functionally with planning, quality, and maintenance teamsTrack and analyze KPIs to drive data-informed decisionsSupport onboarding and training to build a strong, sustainable workforceQualifications:5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment2+ years of leadership experience managing teams (including supervisors or leads preferred)Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results in a high-volume settingStrong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindsetExperience managing production schedules, workflow, and performance metricsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to hold teams accountable while maintaining engagement and moraleEmbroidery or textile experience is a plus, but not requiredHands-on leader who is comfortable on the production floorOrganized, decisive, and results-drivenExperience managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong focus on efficiency, quality, and team developmentWork Environment:Fast-paced production facilityFrequent time spent on the production floor, standing and engaging with team members.
