Assistant Manager - California Oaks Rd

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant. Responsibilities Assist in supervising restaurant employees and Shift Leaders Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity Assist in completing interviews with potential employees Train and evaluate employees for potential growth Track employee goals and productivity Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues Assist in controlling costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies, Paper and Repair/Maintenance Assist in creating ways to increase transactions and sales Assist in completing daily and weekly paperwork 8-12 Week Training Plan for certification Qualifications Management experience required. 1 Year minimum. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent People Skills – Motivate/Train Employees Strong leadership qualities Positive Attitude/Friendly Be able to multi task Flexible schedule is required. Asst. Managers are required to be able to work opening shifts, mid shifts and closing shifts. Full Time – 40+ hours per week – Scheduled 9 hours per day x 5 days a week.
