We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance Director to lead and develop a team of financial advisors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your team through mentorship and internal promotion, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. You will play a key role in providing clients with expert guidance on financial planning, tax strategies, and market risk management. Our focus is on serving individuals, business owners, estate conservation, retirement planning, and advanced tax solutions. Compensation:
$150,000 - 180000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and professional growth. Provide ongoing mentorship and support to team members to foster a high-performance culture. Build strong relationships with clients by offering expert advice on financial planning, tax strategies, and risk management. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and community engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies that meet clients' evolving needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in sales or financial services management preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of financial services. Ability to motivate a team and foster a collaborative work environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Financial services: 2 years (Preferred)
Client Facing/Networking: 2 years (Preferred)
