Accountable for leasing, marketing, and relationship-building, our next Leasing Agent will provide crucial leasing services to our multifamily apartment community. This position will present the opportunity for you to sharpen your skillset in prospect marketing, resident services, and apartment leasing operations. Learn more below. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and qualify prospects by covering all criteria (ask questions, utilize digital guest cards) and follow up on prospects that did not close/refer to sister properties Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits in Yardi Inspect model and market ready suites to ensure apartments are neat, clean, and ready for resident move-ins Administrative functions such as managing resident files, daily inspections, correspondence distribution to residents, and more Neighborhood marketing such as outreach activities, advising residents of referral concessions, distributing newsletters + pamphlets/flyers, and more Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role required 2+ years prior experience in a property leasing position highly preferred High School Diploma or GED required Willingness to achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Starting base pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hr Opportunity for leasing commission bonuses available Medical, dental, vision, and other ancillary plans 100% employer-paid life insurance policy and long-term disability coverage 401k participation after 1 year, with employer matching Paid time off: holidays, and PTO to support work-life balance WORK SETTING & DETAIL Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, plus Saturdays as needed One location: on-site management office Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work U.S. work authorization required for employment ——— Why Build Your Career with RHM Real Estate Group?
