Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests entering the building, directing them where they need to go and answering & managing the phone while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. This position requires frequent communication and coordination with Consumer Cellular employees, other office staff in the headquarters building, customers, vendors, and business partners; multitasking skills are key. You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ and is an ONSITE position.

What You Will Do

• Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
• Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested.
• Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.
• Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
• Act as employee event coordinator for the site including helping with lunches, volunteer events, and other events.
• Coordinate meetings with external or internal groups and PHX4 employees and leaders.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
• Handle filing and data entry as requested.
• Helping teammates as needed; this role will need to wear multiple hats depending on company need.
• Place weekly snack order and resupply/check on a daily basis and periodically inventory kitchen and office supplies.
• This position is required to be in the office.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

• A minimum one (1) year experience in customer service front office work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• Strong analytical experience and skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
• Screen and manage phones calls internal and external.
• Represent the company and the department in a professional manner at all times.

Pay & Benefits Data

Minimum Salary: $42,000 Maximum Salary: $52,500 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
