Product Manager

The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Location: Hybrid Role, 2-3x a week in Denver, CO About the Role We are seeking a highly strategic and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and platform health of our Optimizely ecosystem (Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation). Reporting to the Director of Digital Growth, you will serve as the bridge between marketing, design, and engineering, ensuring our digital platforms are scalable, performant, and equipped to support aggressive growth targets. In this role, you will not just manage tickets; you will shape the future of our corporate website. You will partner closely with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Discoverability teams to ensure the CMS components and experimentation infrastructure they need to build high-converting, discoverable experiences are prioritized, developed, and deployed effectively. Key Responsibilities Own the Optimizely Ecosystem: Define and execute the product roadmap for Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing and revenue goals. Feature Prioritization: Gather requirements from business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Product) and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. Component Library Development: Drive the strategy for building scalable, reusable, and brand-compliant CMS blocks and templates that empower marketers to launch pages and tests rapidly without heavy developer reliance. Platform Ownership & Execution Technical Governance: Oversee platform architecture, governance, and user permissions. Ensure the CMS and testing environments are secure, stable, and performant (Core Web Vitals). Agile Delivery: Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and lead sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective ceremonies with dedicated engineering pods. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Partner with Marketing & CRO: Act as the primary technical partner to the CRO and Discoverability teams, ensuring the platform supports complex A/B tests, personalization campaigns, and technical SEO requirements. Work with UX & Engineering: Collaborate with UX/UI designers on platform capabilities and partner deeply with web engineering to deliver high-quality code on time. Executive Communication & Advocacy: Confidently pitch product roadmaps and platform investments to executive leadership. Translate technical platform metrics into clear business narratives and "sell" the value of platform upgrades cross-functionally. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 8+ years in digital product management, with at least 3+ years specifically owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms. Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver) and Optimizely Web Experimentation . B2B Web Experience: Proven track record managing complex B2B corporate websites with a focus on lead generation and seamless user journeys. Agile Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence to manage product delivery.
