Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists each resident in achieving and maintaining his or her highest practical level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being through providing medication, treatment administration, and quality personal care. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Wage: $29.50–$35.00/hour plus shift differential Shift: 10:30pm–6:30am, 2:30pm–10:30am Hours: Split 0.6 NOC/PM. 2 PM shifts and 4 NOC shifts per pay period Education, Experience And Credentials Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota and must maintain licensure. One or more years experience in long‑term care highly preferred. Current certification in CPR required. Benefit Offerings Sholom offers a wide variety of competitive benefits. Compensation An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
