QA Documentation Supervisor - Nutrition Manufacturing - Casa Grande, AZ

Abbott seeks a Quality Documentation Supervisor to lead manufacturing inspection and testing activities at its Casa Grande nutrition plant. The role focuses on ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and safe delivery of nutritional products across all production stages.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality assurance strategies and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations
Supervise team activities in laboratory testing, raw materials, and finished product quality control
Assess risks, evaluate regulatory adherence, and recommend corrective actions to management
Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections while maintaining compliance readiness
Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to verify product and service quality standards

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a related quality or manufacturing role
Knowledge of quality assurance strategies and regulatory requirements
Ability to supervise teams and lead quality control activities
Experience with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
