Clinical Dietitian-Per Diem-Linden Oaks Flex unitNorthshoreNaperville, IL, United States**Description****Hourly Pay Range:** $28.47 - $42.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. **Position Highlights:** * Position: Clinical Dietitian* Location: LOH-Naperville* Per Diem* Hours: As needed**What you will do:*** Develops and implements a care plan based on assessment of nutritional needs. Utilizes relevant data and appropriate methods for estimating nutritional requirements. Provides effective nutritional management for all age groups.
