Financial Advisor Assistant

We’re hiring an Asset Management Support Coordinator to join a collaborative Asset Management team. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in financial services, banking, loan administration, portfolio support, or business operations who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. What You’ll Do Support the Asset Management team with daily business operations. Manage documentation and reporting processes. Maintain accurate portfolio records and activity tracking. Build relationships with partners and third‑party contacts. Prepare reports and internal documentation. Resolve issues quickly while delivering excellent customer service. Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of professional experience in operations, banking, financial services, asset management, loan servicing, or administrative support. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with portfolio management systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite). 7‑month contract with strong extension potential based on attendance/performance. Laptop provided. Full‑time schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM). #J-18808-Ljbffr
