SAP SD Functional Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension) Work Authorization: USC / GC Candidates Only Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Analyst to support ongoing SAP Sales & Distribution operations and enhancement activities for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong functional support experience in SAP SD along with exposure to integrations, monitoring, and operational support processes. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Sunnyvale, CA. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for SAP SD processes and related applications. Assist with SAP SD configuration analysis and troubleshooting. Support IDoc monitoring and interface issue resolution. Monitor batch jobs and file upload/download processes. Coordinate with technical and business teams for issue resolution. Work with APIs and middleware teams for integration support activities. Perform basic SQL-based data reconciliation and validation tasks. Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/Jira. Participate in operational support, defect analysis, and system improvements. Required Skills Experience working as an SAP SD Functional Analyst/support consultant. Good understanding of SAP SD processes and configuration awareness. Basic SAP ABAP debugging knowledge. Experience with IDoc and interface monitoring. Knowledge of batch job monitoring and support activities. Familiarity with file transfer/upload/download processes. API and middleware integration awareness. Basic SQL knowledge for reconciliation and troubleshooting. Experience with ServiceNow and/or Jira ticketing tools. Strong communication and operational support mindset.
