CRM Services Functional Analyst / Business Analyst

GyanSys is looking for a CRM Services Functional Analyst / Business Analyst who can effectively collaborate with both the business stakeholders and functional/technical teams to gather requirements and prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Having 8-10 years of experience. Title CRM Services Functional Analyst / Business Analyst Location Sanata Clara, CA Onsite Key Requirements Strong experience in CRM Services domain Ability to work closely with business users and FA teams to understand requirements Expertise in BRD preparation, including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specification Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication Proactive and collaborative approach Ability to manage discussions and drive clarity across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr GyanSys Inc.
