CRM Services Analyst | BRD & Stakeholder Lead (Onsite)

GyanSys Inc. is seeking a CRM Services Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and functional/technical teams. The successful candidate will gather requirements and prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the CRM Services domain is required.
